Medical Camp

There are extremely few medical facilities accessible for basic health care needs in rural areas and isolated communities. The few medical facilities there are poorly run and understaffed. These conditions contribute to the continued suffering of the poor who reside in these isolated areas from diseases that can be easily avoided. Additionally, some people who need medical care but cannot afford it end up with a variety of illnesses. Oliva organises medical teams, medical equipment, and medications to help the underprivileged while sponsoring health camps in such isolated regions. Under the Medical Assistance project, patients who require more extensive care are identified at the medical camps and assisted.
